How to Use Pioneer4you IPV D2?

A. Body instruction

There are 3 buttons and 1 OLED screen on the body. Following information can be shown on the OLED screen: Output wattage, Output voltage, Resistance, and Battery level. As shown in following pictures:

B. Operation instruction

1. Turn On/Off

Press the Power button 5 times continuously to turn the device ON. 

Once turning on, users can see the logo of  “Pioneer4you”, “iPV D2”, and then step into the standby mode. 

Five click the fire button to enter the menu, and click the fire button to choose “System off” menu, then click the “+” button, the system will be OFF.

2. Battery Install

Just need one 18650 battery (Sold separately).

3. Power Mode

-Click the power button 5 times to access the main menu;

-Press the power button to switch to "Power Mode/ Joule Mode" and then press "+" button to choose "Power Mode";

-Press the power button to confirm and the screen will show "Exit On", and then press the "+" button

-The IPV D2 will be in the Power Mode, the range of the power is 7-75W.

4. Joule Mode

-Click the power button 5 times to access the main menu;

-Press the power button to switch to "Power Mode/ Joule Mode" and then press "+" button to choose "Joule Mode";

-Press the power button to enter the Temp Unit menu, and press the "+" button to choose a unit between "Centigrade" and "Fahrenheut";

-Press the power button to enter the Temp Adjusting menu, and press the "+" button or "-" button to adjust the temp value;

The range for Centigrade is 100-300;

The range for Fahrenheut is 212-572;

-Press the power button one more time to enter the "Coil Selection" menu, and press the "+" button to choose a coil type between "Ni200" and "Ti01". Please match the "Ni200" with Ni200 coils, and "Ti01" with Titanuim coils to achieve TC function;

-Press the power button to "Exit On" and press the "+" button to exit from the menu to standby mode;

-Connect your Nickel/Titanuim atomizer with the mod;

-Press the "+" button & "-" button simultaneously to set resistance. This is an essential step for Joule Mode. Before setting resistance, please make sure the coils are under normal temperature. Those 2 steps will help the mod to read the original and effective figure of your atomizer;

-Now you can use the IPV D2 under the Joule Mode. The Joule range for Ni200 & Ti01 are the same: 10-50J.

5. Adjust wattage & Joule 

Under the wattage or joule standby mode, press the "+" button or "-" button to adjust the wattage or joule. The adjustment will speed up when keep pressing the "+" button or "-" button for a long time.

6. Lock & Unlock

-Lock: Press the power button & "+" button simultaneously;

-Unlock: Please repeat the above step.

7. Charge

Please connect the original USB charger with DC4.5V-DC5.5V/1A adapter to charge the bettery, or take the batteries out and charge them on Li-ion battery chargers. No adapter comes with the Mod.
