Our regular shipping methods are: Fedex, UPS, Freeshipping, DHL, TNT, EMS, Dedicated Line, Registered Airmail & Local Courier.

1. Requirements for Freeshipping

A. Retail orders: Hardware part $59.99 or more; Liquid part $49.99 or more

B. HealthCabin decides shipping method for all freeshipping orders.

2. What kind of products can NOT be shipped via DHL?

A. All liquid (include eJuice, Concentrated flavor)

3. Liquid shipping

Currently we are able to ship all liquid products via Fedex, including e-juice and flavors.

4. What kind of products can NOT be shipped via EMS?

A. Li-ion Battery

5. What kind of products can NOT be shipped via Registered Airmail?

A. Liquid

6. What kind of products can NOT be shipped via Local Courier?

A. All products can be shipped, but liquid & solid products should be shipped separately.
